We support over 50,000 part numbers in our 100,000 sq. ft. repair facility in Allen Texas and are certified to ISO 9001. Our OBF (Out of Box Failure) rate is less than 1%. ICBS provides repair, full functional stress load testing, calibration and logistic services while delivering robust repair analytics to improve the performance of your network. Our capabilities support wireline, wireless, inside & outside plant network infrastructures.

ICBS maintains an extensive inventory of new and refurbished equipment all fully tested in our lab. We offer in-house repair services focusing on manufactured discontinued equipment. Our customers consist of Telecom, Cable, Enterprise, Electric Utilities, Healthcare, Railroad, Oil & Gas, Government and Cloud Networks.
